Format of Abstract

Word/Character Count

Japanese: 300-350 characters / English: 300-350 words / Chinese: 200-250 characters

*References are not required.

Format

Please submit your manuscript in MS-Word format (.doc or .docx).

File Name

The file name should include the “number of the selected presentation topic” and the “surname of the lead presenter (in Roman letters).” Example: If the presentation topic is “A1. AI and Japanese Language Education” and the lead presenter is “Hashimoto,” the file name should be “A1Hashimoto.doc.”

Abstract Submission Deadline

Thursday, July 31, 2025 (Hong Kong Time)
2nd call for papers: Friday, August 22, 2025 (Hong Kong Time)
3rd call for papers: Monday, September 15, 2025 (Hong Kong Time)
